I decided I wanted to add distributing quality products to my business plan as over the past 4 or 5 years I have found there has been an increase in the number of poor quality products released on the British market. I want to help ensure that people who buy from me are getting only the best products, like quality I would use on a job myself. Ensuring that my customers receive only the best products is crucial. This commitment to quality is not only to build trust with my customers and set myself apart from competitors but by offering high-quality products that I would use myself, hopefully this will lead to customer satisfaction and loyalty in the long run.
